Since 2020, the movie industry has been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Calls for social distancing resulted in lessened theater attendance, then leading to delays in movie releases. Most famously, the new James Bond film “No Time To Die” had been delayed a whopping times. However, it is pretty much certain that the 25th James Bond movie will finally be arriving on the big screen on October 8th. adidas is celebrating this monumental moment in film history by dropping a pack of Ultraboosts inspired by the upcoming movie’s scenes and characters.
This pack—which was supposed to arrive a year ago–consists of three adidas Ultraboost 20 styles, as well as an adidas Ultraboost DNA and an adidas Ultraboost SUMMER.RDY. Two of the Ultraboost 20 propositions rock a stealthy, all-black look but actually feature scenes from “No Time To Die” printed as graphics on the sockliner. The remaining Ultraboost 20 and the SUMMER.RDY are inspired by Bond’s enemies—the brand-new Safin and the longtime nemesis Specter. This leaves the Ultraboost DNA to rep the man himself, as it flaunts a sleek, cream-toned appearance to reflect the spy’s refined style. To top off the look, the insole is covered in James Bond movie logos such as “Casino Royale” and “Skyfall.”
Take a closer look at the collaboration with James Bond below, which will arrive at adidas.com on September 24th at a price of $200.
In other Three Stripes-related news, the adidas Yeezy Boost 700 MNVN “Honey Flux” is releasing on September 20th.
