Nyjah Huston, though he may regret his performance during the Summer Games, made history alongside the first Olympic skaters. And in commemoration of such an achievement, Nike SB is providing the athlete more colorways of the Nyjah Free 2.
For the most part subdued, the colorway here seems not too unlike the uniform Huston wore in Tokyo. White builds the foundation out, keeping simple the robust mudguard as well as the sheer mesh along the upper profile. Bright hues, then, begin to come into play, the latter material a mask for the multi-colored eye stays and backdrop for the aqua blue Swoosh. A similar treatment dresses the tongue pull’s “NYJAH” branding, while the sole rounds us out with an icy finish.
For now, as we await a likely skate shop and Nike.com release, check out the official images below.
