Luxury Animal Prints Join Forces On The Nike Waffle One

While it’s unlikely the Nike Waffle One will ever escape comparisons to sacai’s waffle-pattern outsole propositions, the silhouette has garnered attention from casual sneaker enthusiasts looking for something fresh at an accessible price point.

Previous iterations of the modernized old school Nike Running sneaker have indulged in vibrant shades of green and orange. And while the latest style forgoes any of these tones, it features leopard prints at the profile swooshes. The remainder of the two upcoming pairs revert to simple all-black or all-white color schemes that allow for the animal-related detailing to revel that much more in the spotlight. Sole units differ in their monochromatic indulgence, with the black option’s opting for a tried-and-proven “yin-and-yang”-like combination.
