Virgil Abloh has made some questionable design decisions in the past. And despite being met with lukewarm reception, the designer is bringing back near all of the same elements and then some with his upcoming Nike Blazer Low.
Most notably, the collaborative kit heavily tweaks the silhouette’s classic sole, opting for a hybrid part-inspired by the Terra Humara. Its back heel, which juts out to a fine point, is accented with a similar five-dotted mold, bright ACG-reminiscent color, and subtle orange speckling. Above, the construction is not quite as outdoors friendly. Open holes are rife throughout the leather upper, while a secondary lace unit — like that of Off-White‘s Dunk Low — loosely loops all across in “Volt” green.
Enjoy a quick look here and expect more details (e.g. release date, pricing, other colorways) to surface very soon.
In other news, the Yeezy Foam Runner MX Cream Clay could be releasing soon.
