The New Balance 920 has enjoyed collaborations with cult-like followings since joining the Boston-based brand’s roster, but it’s seemingly gone largely unnoticed by audiences outside of England, the country in which it’s manufactured.
Forgoing the tonal propositions conjured up by Sneakersnstuff and the MTA, the latest take on New Balance‘s modern-day trainer indulges in a black, red and grey color palette that’s applied in a refreshing way across the model’s premium mesh, leather and pig suede upper. Branding at the profiles, on the tongue and heel boast varying hues that further contribute to the bold look of the latest “N”-stamped sneaker produced in Flimby, Cumbria, UK.
Enjoy images of the pair ahead, and anticipate a launch across shops in Europe come July 24th.
Elsewhere under the NB banner, Aimé Leon Dore has recently revived the New Balance 650R.
