“Zero Dark 23” Makes A Return On The Nike LeBron 18 Low

“Zero Dark 23” Makes A Return On The Nike LeBron 18 Low

Prior to the unique circumstances that shaped the NBA Playoffs season last year, LeBron James made it a tradition to power down his social media to bring his “A” game onto the hardwood. Although this “Zero Dark 23” ritual is retired and King James isn’t currently in the Playoffs, the practice did have a decent run. It initiated in 2013 and LeBron had made it to six consecutive NBA Finals since. Additionally, a triple-black Nike LeBron would drop annually as an ode to the routine. The sneaker releases continue with yet another Nike LeBron 18 Low “Zero Dark 23” in spite of it all.

A riff off the film title “Zero Dark Thirty,” this offering covers the lightweight textile upper in black, in which the zig-zag and diagonal decals follow suit. The aforementioned decals alternate between glossy and matte finishes to add some dimension while the profile Swooshes are hidden away with a jet black coloring. As usual, the base sits on a Nike React-infused sole unit that sees an Air unit at the heel. The monochromatic look is topped off with insoles that feature space flight symbols—a possible reference to LeBron’s involvement in the upcoming “Space Jam” movie.

Take a closer look at the LeBron 18 Low below, which will be hitting Nike.com in the near future with a price tag of $160.
