The Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low Gets A “Thunder” Option

The Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low Gets A “Thunder” Option

NIKE, Inc. has never been shy about self-references, and for its latest effort, it ostensibly reimagines the Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” as the Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low.

While not a one-to-one application, the upcoming retro indulges in a similar color palette. “Black” smooth leather sets the stage for golden accents across lace loops, branding and outsoles. The mesh base, laces and midsole deviate in stark “White” contrast, but doesn’t steal the spotlight from the aforementioned hues. Regardless of whether or not the Team Jumpman design team was inspired by the AJ 4 for this take on the Air Jordan 11-variant, the newly-surfaced pair begs the questions: “How would a ‘Lightning’ style look?”
