Only 120 Pairs Of This Air Jordan 7 “Oregon” PE Were Made

Earlier in March, the Oregon Ducks equipment team revealed a brand new Air Jordan 7 Retro PE made exclusively for the Oregon Ducks women’s basketball team. Relying an all-white leather upper, this not-for-sale issue stood out thanks to a glossy lenticular material on the tongue and heel that emanated the Pac-12 powerhouse’s green and yellow, while the school’s initials were featured in a varsity-friendly chenille material. A green Jumpman at the ankle and heel outsole and the Oregon O at pressed into the scalene overlay at the heel completed the look.

However, this updated look at the Jordan 7 Oregon PE revealed something rather interesting. Behind the tongue is a stitched on label that suggests that just 120 pairs of the shoes were created, with the bulk going to friends and family as well as those close to the Ducks program. This set of detailed photos provided by Jordan PE collector @englishsole has this particular pairs unique number photoshopped out, so we’ll never know the true origin of this player-only creation.

Check out the detailed look ahead, because you won’t ever find these in stores. Interested in actual releases? See what’s coming next in our Jordan release dates pages.
