Michael Le It’s always hard to predict where Nike will take the Dunk Low next. One minute, they’re adapting “Be True To Your School” offerings; the next, they’re celebrating Chinese New Year and Hawker culture in lavish, gilded fashion. Today, the silhouette arrives somewhere in the middle, taking on numerous Autumnal hues in preparation for the season.
Appropriate to its “Cider” namesake, the pair dons shades reminiscent of ale and breweries. The forefoot, ankle flap, Swoosh, and tongue, for example, push a clean wheat suede, while deeper browns sit adjacent along the lace unit, toe cap, and lining. A deep navy tone, then sits right underneath, loosely complementing the logo hits that dress a much brighter purple.
