First Look At The Nike SB Dunk Low “What The P-Rod”

Paul Rodriguez is no doubt one of Nike SB‘s most cherished athletes. And using the long-running legacy of signatures behind him, the brand is crafting this reference-heavy Dunk Low “What The P-Rod.”

Bathed in a number of patterns and colors, the upper pays homage to some of P-Rod’s best and most famous releases. The right foot’s toe, which stripes with floral notes, directly borrows the “Mexican Blanket” look, while the gold dubrae adjacent makes use of the boxing themes found on last year’s collaborative Dunk High. Elsewhere, Elephant Print comes into play, nodding to the “J-Rods” that hit the market years back. Stash’s P-Rod 1 dresses right alongside, while further use of the initial silhouette arrives by way of the left foot’s ankle. Quilted linings, then, round off the package just like the P-Rod 2.
