Stussy To Release Limited Batch Of Hand Dyed Nike Air Force 1s

With Stussy’s latest Nike collaboration, the brand introduced their hemp construction to the Air Force 1. And thanks to the light textile of the capsule’s “Fossil” colorway, the public was afforded the ability to customize the shoe to their liking. Now, for 2021, the streetwear imprint is offering up their own hand-dyed spins, each coming straight from the hands of Lookout & Wonderland out in LA.

As teased via social media, the collaborative Air Force 1 will bear five total color options. The aforementioned art practice — who specialize in plant color, medicine, and fiber according to Stussy — has treated every set with care, preparing all in tannins and then slowly working in the plants into the uppers afterwards. Along with their inimitable shades and skin soothing properties, the latter floras also represent the five cities chosen for the label’s historic “World Tour.”

If you’re looking to grab a pair for yourself, a small batch will be made available on January 29th, 10am PST on Stussy.com.
