Before the Nike Blazer Mid potentially makes an appearance in Virgil Abloh’s rumored follow-up “The Twenty” collection, it’s indulging its self-reliant experimental side. For its next “Infinite” iteration by Nike Sportswear’s D/MS/X label, the iconic silhouette has taken on a simple “Black/White” color scheme.
At a glance, the forthcoming pair’s two-tone palette and non-traditional design resembles a page from sacai‘s collaborative arsenal, but a lack of layered swooshes and tongues dismiss that thought. Piping around the upper’s overlays, however, introduce new flair to the decades-old model. Heel areas boast the most noticeable difference between the D/MS/X and standard propositions, as they feature a slight cut-out on their reinforcement panel. Underfoot, sole units maintain their classic makeup.
No release details are yet known, but this mid-top Blazer is likely to launch on Nike.com before summer. In the meantime, enjoy official images ahead.
