Jovani Hernandez Nike SB‘s colorful “Street Hawker” proposition recently launched at skate shops around the globe, but it heads to Nike SNKRS tomorrow, January 22nd.
Inspired by the various dishes signature to disparate regions in China, the forthcoming pair features a “Metallic Copper/Light Silver/Pueblo Brown/Metallic Silver” colorway across its mixed-materials upper. Nods to mutton soup and Chengdu hotpots appear adjacent to watercolor detailing by Jason Deng, a Guangzhou-based artist. While the full SB Dunk Low roster for 2021 has yet to emerge, it’s difficult to imagine any other pair besting the wildness and story-telling combination of tomorrow’s launch.
