Bold And Playful Drawings Featured On This adidas Stan Smith

As the adidas Stan Smith heads into a new year, the silhouette is considering ways to reimagine itself. While Primeknit construction has assisted it in its past endeavors, eco-friendly PRIMEBLUE assembly will aid it throughout the next 50 years.

For its latest ensemble, the iconic tennis shoe indulges in a simple “Cloud White/Halo Ivory/Cloud White” colorway. Hand-drawn graphics on the heel, however, keep the proposition from being entirely tonal. Arrow, globe and flower motifs adorn the trefoil logo-donning area, delivering both colorful contrast and a makeup reminiscent of Sean Wotherspoon‘s SUPEREARTH collaborations with the Three Stripes. Underfoot, sole units revert to a tried-and-proven “Cloud White” scheme.

Stateside release details are unknown, but this Stan Smith is currently available at adidas.com outposts overseas.

For more from adidas, check out the UltraBOOST 21, which debuts on February 4th.
