Jovani Hernandez The Nike Air Max 97 didn’t have as blockbuster a 2020 as some of its older counterparts, but it still emerged in several impressive colorways throughout the year. Case in point: a women’s-exclusive pair covered in a “White/Pink/Cream” color scheme.
As with several previously-seen women’s options, the latest pair primarily indulges in a simple “White” arrangement. Vamp overlays, however, keep the newest iteration of Christian Tresser’s 24-year-old design from being tonal with their rose and off-white makeups. Elsewhere, swoosh logos further interrupt the pristine styling in black. Underfoot, Air Max units opt into a light cream, while outsoles go two-tone in black and pink. The Air Max 97 isn’t celebrating a milestone anniversary year in 2021, but the women’s proposition suggests more notable ensembles are set to arrive on the silhouette throughout the year.
