Thanks to its many varieties, Volt has become a huge part of the Nike color story. Through both runners as well as lifestyle silhouettes, we’ve seen the tone at the helm time and time again. And soon, even the Vapormax Plus will be getting its very own neon-tinged “Barely Volt” colorway.
Executed similarly to a Triple Black or Triple White, the bright green shade is applied all across the upper with very, very little exceptions. The nylon exterior lays the foundation and is then overlaid with the usual supports, each made to double as the lace unit’s eyelets. Fixtures across both the forefoot and counter — aside from the yellow, white, and black “VM” emblem — match the aforementioned panels’ shades exactly, though the same can’t be said for the Vapormax sole as it shades marginally more fluorescent.
Grab an official look at these here and expect to see it at Nike.com likely within the coming months.
In other news, the Fragment sacai LDWaffle seems to actually be releasing.
