The storied history of Air Max had the most action in the 1990s as several new styles of Air bubbles and its corresponding logos marked the wondrous decade of runners. Nike has, in fact, taken measures to remember the 90s with several campaigns such as 2005/2006’s “History Of Air” which detailed the most memorable inclusions of the legacy. For 2021, it appears that Nike is honoring the vast catalog of Max, depicting the individual emblems on the insoles while building the exterior in vivid colors. This Air Max Plus, however, adds a corduroy exterior beneath the external webbing to contrast the colored bars on the tongue as well as the exposed midfoot plate.
Early 2021 is when to expect this Air Max Plus; they can be had at the retailers listed below for the standard $160.
In other Air Max news, the Air Max 90 “Spruce Lime” is confirmed to drop on January 25th.
