As NIKE, Inc. wraps up a successful year, the North American sportswear behemoth has officially and unofficially shared looks at some of its Air Jordan plans for 2021 and beyond. Among the latter category, the Air Jordan 4 “Taupe Haze” has already encouraged countless sneaker enthusiasts to set aside approximately $200 USD for January 28th, 2021.
At first glance, the upcoming pair features a color palette much more understated than those that’ve been revealed via authorized and illegitimate channels. The titular “Taupe Haze” works in-tandem with “Oil Grey” detailing to create an arrangement reminiscent of a mythical Friend’s & Family pair by Travis Scott. Hits of “Infrared 23” across the tongue and outsole deviate from the understated schemes prevalent in La Flame’s collaborative catalog. Yet, the Jordan 4‘s most note-worthy component has been the cracked construction throughout the forefoot, midfoot and tongue. Given how many wear and tear-away propositions have released in 2020, speculation has emerged that the imperfect paneling may reveal different hues underneath.
Enjoy detailing on-foot images of the forthcoming retro ahead, and expect pairs to arrive to Nike SNKRS before January 2021 ends.
