The Air Jordan 1 Low Dons Elephant Print On A DIOR Style Colorway

The Air Jordan 1 Low Dons Elephant Print On A DIOR Style Colorway

Nothing quite brings us back to the heart of Jordan like elephant print does, which is why it always catches our undivided attention whenever it appears. Debuting in 1988 with the Air Jordan 3, the famed print has gone on to become the unspoken yet concrete identifier of the model, although we’ve seen iterations of the shoe without print – such as 2020’s fragment Jordan 3.

But the elephant print hasn’t appeared on Air Jordan 3, but rather on the ubiquitous Air Jordan 1 Low in a crisp mix of grey hues and white toe-boxes, tongues, and mid-panels that give off that DIOR Air Jordan 1 vibe. The textured pattern lives just on the Swoosh logo and the forefoot overlay, while the rest of the upper sticks with smooth synthetic leather and the nylon.

As all AJ1 Lows go, these will hit the usual retailers quite randomly, so make sure you’re following Sneaker News on Twitter to stay notified of a drop. And of course, be sure to check out our Jordan Release Dates page to see what’s actually confirmed for the remainder of 2020.

Updated February 26th, 2021: A SNKRS EU release date has been scheduled for March 6th, 2021.
