Gremlins And adidas Bring Hair Uppers To The adidas Stan Smith

With Christmas around the corner, adidas seems to be in good spirits, preparing their many collaborative presents just in time for the 25th. Alongside some festive inline colorways, the Three Stripes is set to team up with the Gremlins for a Stan Smith shaped homage to Gizmo, the film’s most pivotal character.

Clad in faux fur, the offering retains the silhouette’s typical form but forgoes the branding, removing it along both the side and tongue while replacing it at the back tab with some… interesting touches. Specifically, the panel is embellished with literal eyes, nodding to the aforementioned alien in as uncanny a fashion as possible. Elsewhere, though, the pair is more reserved by comparison, opting for an alternating colorway that sees the left and right foot dressed in their own blonde to brown arrangement.
