Throughout 2020, the Nike Air Force 1 has emerged in some of the most well-received general release ensembles from the North American sportswear giant. For its next proposition, Bruce Kilgore’s 38-year-old design has dressed up in a glow-in-the-dark arrangement, complete with “Have A Nike Day” branding throughout the upper.
Popularized by Sean Wotherspoon via his lone Air Max 1 collaboration, the swoosh-turned-smiley-face graces the pairs’ included hang-tag, sockliners, tongue label underside and profiles like never before. Lace dubraes, as well as branding on the tongue and heel, forgo their standard makeups in favor of a playful, kid-oriented style. “White” and “Barely Volt” uppers sit atop sole units that feature glow-in-the-dark outsoles sure to lighten up anyone’s mood into having a nice day.
