With a slew of new colorways such as the adidas Ultra 4D “Core Black” and a collaboration with Packer Shoes, adidas has been making an effort to push out the Ultra 4D before the year ends. Adding to its plans is the release of an adidas Ultra 4D 5.0 “Cookes And Cream” that perfectly balances its use of black and white – one that has been in use in the Ultra Boost mainline for years.
As suggested by its name, the Primeknit uppers are woven in black and white to create a pattern of highly contrasting colors. White can also be found on the tongue, laces, and stripes on the lace cages, while black is used to complete the heel counter and the 4D lattice-structured midsole. The equal use of black and white establishes the cookies and cream colorway that makes for a clean, modern aesthetic.
The adidas Ultra 4D 5.0 will be released on December 12 with a retail price of $220. In other news related to the Three Stripes, check out details on the upcoming Yeezy 500 Utility Black.
