Nike’s NEXT% family of running sneakers have reached a level of popularity that can be compared to even the hottest sneaker collaborations we see erupt on a daily basis. Many of the capsule’s drops tend to sell out within minutes, causing consumers to turn to the after-market to get their hands on a pair. Two of the line’s silhouettes leading the charge right now are the AlphaFly NEXT% and the Zoom Tempo NEXT%, the latter of which has just taken the opportunity to show off its next makeup.
Predominantly hued in neutral tones, the low-profile runner is crafted with a knitted upper that alternates with white walls on the lateral side paneling/toe boxes, in addition to black medial paneling. Moreover, subtle pops of “University Red” are visible in areas such as the exposed forefoot Zoom pods, the medial sided Swooshes, the heel pull tabs, and the insole branding to complete what some can consider a Stanford-friendly color palette. Keep it locked for their future launch on Nike.com, and check out a further look ahead while you wait on their arrival.
In other sneaker news, the Bugs Bunny Converse collection is slated to release on 10/27.
