Brain Dead Splits, Flips, And Stacks The Sole Of Their Upcoming Converse Chuck 70

Brain Dead Splits, Flips, And Stacks The Sole Of Their Upcoming Converse Chuck 70

From Converse to Reebok and back again, Brain Dead is continuing to permeate throughout sneaker culture with further collaborations. Their latest design, which is escorted by the iconic Chuck 70, sees two colorways — one composed of a black canvas and the other a patchworked animal print — completely reconstructed at its sole with multiple methods.

As the heart of the offering, the bottom is first to appear by way of insider leaks. The signature branded emblem is cut straight down the middle, it then flipped upside-down and spliced together with a mirror opposite. Alongside, the midsole in the background is sized up to platform height, it’s ecru finishing marked multiples over with foxing stripes of red and black on the patterned option and just the neutral shade on the more versatile alternative. Brain Dead is then embossed overhead, branding in parallel to the upper’s relatively ordinary construction.

Grab a quick look at what’s to come right here, and if more info is to arise, expect to learn about it here.

In other news, a winterized Air Max 270 React is on the way.
