Nike Adds Copper And Gold Overlays To This Air Max 95 For Women

Although 2020 is winding down, the looming end-of-the-year has ostensibly lit a fire under the Nike Air Max 95, as the silhouette has emerged in a dozen ensembles over the last week. The latest arrangement to join the mix is a women’s-exclusive featuring “Metallic Gold” and “Metallic Copper” accents.

While not unfamiliar to the silhouette, the shimmering details haven’t previously been accompanied by “Black” and “Light Pink” as they are on this forthcoming option. As they take over the middle vamp overlays, the metallic hues may immediately garner attention, but the rose lace loops above and mudguards below compete for the spotlight. “Summit White” laces interrupt the upper’s color scheme, which is also contrasted by “airmax” and “NIKE AIR” branding across the tongue, sockliner, and spine. Underfoot, sole units forgo any metallic embellishments in favor of a tried-and-tested “Black” and “Summit White” arrangement. The Air Max cutout on the outsole, however, indulges in a dash of pink.
