The ASICS GEL-Lyte III Gets Dressed Up In Tonal “Piedmont Grey”

Celebrated through a multitude of colorways both OG, new, and collaborative, the ASICS GEL-Lyte III library has jumped in numbers in light of its 30th anniversary this year. Quite possibly to coincide with the Summer season, the lifestyle model has been favoring vibrant tones in recent memory for iterations such as its “Techno Cyan” and Japan-exclusive Sean Wotherspoon x atmos project. However, for its latest update, that seasonal essence is getting tossed out the window, and instead, the Japanese sportswear company is diving into the neutral region of the color wheel.

Tonally executed, these GEL-Lyte III’s shroud its entire self in a “Piedmont Grey” hue, wrapping both its suede uppers and outsoles identically for an aesthetic much similar to that of the inaugural KAWS x Air Jordan 4 collaboration from 2017. Peep a closer look here, and find these available now at select retailers for $110 USD.
