The Air Jordan 5 “Alternate Grape” Releases Tomorrow

The Air Jordan 5 “Alternate Grape” Releases Tomorrow

After wow-ing the sneaker community with a colorway dedicated to a trio of its OGs last month, the Air Jordan 5 is proceeding with its anniversary drops to kick off the second week of July 2020. This time around, the same blast-from-the-past persona is kept consistent at the root of its design, only these have been modified with a constructional adjustment and louder look. Drawing inspiration from the classic Jordan 5 “Grape”, this forthcoming iteration modernizes its upper with a full suede base cloaked with “Grape Ice” exteriors, and dabbles the vibrant emerald accents on top of its traditional Jumpman logos and midsole spikes. For those looking to get their hands on these, they will be dropping across retailers both in Europe and in the US on July 8th, for a retail price of $190 USD.

For other upcoming Jumpman shoes, the Jordan Delta Breathe is set to launch on July 15th.

Updated (7/6/2020): The Air Jordan 5 “Alternate Grape” US release has been pushed back to July 8th, 2020.
