Hiroshi Fujiwara Reveals Jordan Air Cadence Collaboration

Hiroshi Fujiwara Reveals Jordan Air Cadence Collaboration

Fragment collaborations are certainly few and far between — the ones that reveal mostly unreleased samples or scrapped concepts. And while his “The Ten” series was rejected in favor of Virgil Abloh’s, Hiroshi Fujiwara still exhibits an unmatched command when he has the opportunity. From Air Jordan 34s to a still elusive Air Jordan 3, the brand has offered up many of their canvases to the famed designer who’s now set to help release the newly teased “Air Cadence.” More lifestyle than performance, the silhouette takes on the guise of a relatively traditional runner fused with the Delta SP. Air bubbles sit at the back along the heel, taking up the empty space around the two-part tooling whose upper half features subtle speckling and whose bottom molds intricately in grey shading. Uppers, which mix together luxe suede textures with mesh and synthetic, would be even more understated if not for the reflective Fragment branding seen at the lateral. Grab a quick look at these right here and sit tight for further word on their official release.

In other news, the Air Jordan 5 Top 3 releases on 6/20 in the US.
