The Nike Drop Type Gets Dressed In A Canadian Tuxedo

The Nike Drop Type, an N354 label-mate of the novel Daybreak Type, has recently emerged in a full-denim ensemble à la Canadian tuxedo.

As with last season’s Jordan 6 Washed Denim, this modernized take on classics from the NikeCourt family covers its entire upper with indigo blue denim. Interruptions to the jean material arrives sparingly: miniature “Habanero Red” Swooshes on the lateral forefoot, leather “Honey Comb” heel overlays and stitching throughout of both colors. Nodding to its archival muses, exposed foam peaks from underneath the top of the tongue. Underfoot, the Drop Type further celebrates its tennis heritage with a layered sole unit reminiscent of the All Court 2 in “Sail.”

Stateside Nike.com release details are still unknown, but this Drop Type is currently available at select stockists in Asia.
