The Nike Air Foamposite One “Rugged Orange” Releases On May 21st

The Nike Air Foamposite One “Rugged Orange” Releases On May 21st

Although the Foamposite One no longer seems to elicit the level of excitement it once stirred up when its famed “Galaxy” iteration hit the market eight years ago, Nike continues to consistently deliver the classic basketball sneaker in a handful of various offerings each season. Recently seen in a celebratory mood clad with Beijing-inspired dragon overlays for its “Planet of Hoops” contribution, the Penny Hardaway signature is reverting back to more simplistic decor for its next act. Its ribbed lateral and medial walls alike are dialed up to a vibrant “Rugged Orange” color, whist the overlays casted along throat and sock liners contrast with a darker “Blue Void” leathers. Branded insignias such as the traditional tongue Penny logos, as well as the shrunken down Swooshes at the forefoot see through to a golden finish which complete these Foams with a throwback Golden State Warriors-esque color-blocking. Capture a first glimpse here below, and find these dropping in men’s and kid’s sizes come May 21st for $230 on Nike.com and at select retailers.
