This Spring, New Balance has given their 850 a significant push to the market as the model has been keeping its audience supplied with a bevy of new offerings including that of general releases, as well as collaborative styles with atmos, STUDIO SEVEN, mita, and N.HOLLYWOOD. To jump start the month of May, the Boston-headquartered sportswear company has just released a trio of the former. The first option is certainly the darkest of the bunch, as the uppers are dyed to a stark black foundation, and come merged with grey mesh paneling and eye-catching hits of minty greens fastened to the tapings and heels. In regards to the other two, they inherit more of a classical approach, as one sees through to a greyscale “Oreo” motif mixing neutral elements of white base layers and black/grey overlays, while the other effectively utilizes “Marine Blue” and pink accents that call to mind the OG colorway of Nike’s classic Air Max 180. If you’re interested in picking up a pair, note that each style is available now on NewBalance.com for a budget-friendly price of $100 a piece.
In other sneaker news, Cool Grey 3s are expected to make a return in 2021.
