Whenever the The Brand With Three Stripes introduces a new silhouette to the world, the German-based sportswear imprint tends to always design a traditional “Core Black” colorway. And after debuting in renditions that find themselves on the more vibrant side of the spectrum, the ZX 2K 4D is now adhering to the aforementioned greyscale color color-blocking. Ditching the heat map-inspired gradients, and Summer-ready “Dash Green” uppers, the 4D runner’s latest take blankets its entire upper in a stark black, with the only contrasting hits arriving by way of its flecked shoe strings. Down below, the FUTURECRAFT midsole is done up in its customary minty green hue, which completes a look similar to that of the Star Wars Alphaedge 4D “Death Star” collaboration that dropped last November. For those looking to add these to your collection, they are available now overseas, but stay tuned as a stateside release on adidas.com is likely to come in the coming weeks.
