The adidas 4D Run 1.0 Arrives With Iridescent Heel Clips

The adidas 4D Run 1.0 Arrives With Iridescent Heel Clips

Still finding its own footing in a market full of Boost cushioning, the adidas 4D Run 1.0 continues being the brand’s most visible silhouette to boast 3D-printed midsoles yet. Its latest iteration also dabbles in the monochrome, but delivers a fresh spin at the heel.

Clad in “Cloud White,” this upcoming FUTURECRAFT offspring is most reminiscent of Parley For The Ocean‘s take for Super Bowl LIV in Miami. Engineered mesh bases and their synthetic overlays at the forefoot, midfoot and heel do little to avoid camouflaging with one another, though the synthetic reinforcements’ off-white scheme is discernible from certain angles. Lattice-midsoles underfoot keep their original “Aero Green” arrangement, though their accompanying traction boasts a flat white, almost grey, composition. External heel clips forgo the unimaginative palettes of their surroundings in favor of a purple, iridescent finish surely to attract attention.

Enjoy a closer look at this 4D Run 1.0 here below as you await the pair’s arrival on May 1st.
