Nike Doubles Up The Midsole AIR In Latest Set Of Air Force 1s

The Air Force 1 is without question one of Nike’s best sellers, and both this year and last, the brand has done well to maintain the model’s high rank through collaborations with artists like G-Dragon and Travis Scott as well as brands like Cactus Plant Flea Market. Their more accessible inline alternatives have fittingly prospered as a result, their colorways reflecting an energy similar to the aforementioned. Thanks to these micro-collections, the silhouette has changed its branding all sorts of ways with its most recent endeavor highlighting not the swoosh but the tongue tags and the heel’s signature “Air” marked molds. As such, the latter affixes twice — one as usual and another emblazoned onto the heel — with its color changing from grey to white to Barely Volt depending on the backdrop: a small three-way selection of black, white, and a bolder red. Elsewhere, the applied patches complement whichever scheme, spelling out the typical trademarks and label text downward to the vamp.
