Animalistic patterns have always remained a constant in terms of styling up new sneakers and has especially been brought to the table among a few sportswear brands such as adidas with their Ultra Boost, Nike with their recent Ben and Jerry Dunks, and even Jordan Brand with their upcoming Air Jordan 3. And now, New Balance is looking to chime in on the conversation as they look to push the latest makeover of their 1500 silhouette with the multi-graphic “Animal Pack” outfit. The lifestyle model that usually sees through to more simple color-blockings is switching to a more adventurous mood for a brief moment to dress its mid-foot and ankle overlays with a combination of hairy cheetah and zebra textures. Surrounding panels including the leather heels, mesh toe boxes, and suede mudguards are all hued in muted browns, while the treading rounds off with a gum finish. Keep it locked as we learn more of its official release date, but expect a release likely on NewBalance.com and at select retailers in the coming weeks for $200.
In other news, the New Balance 327 is dropping soon in a blue and orange colorway.
