With its expansive roster of silhouettes, the adidas ZX series dates back quite a few years, creating a bountiful archive from which the brand has borrowed multiple times this past year. The ZX 2K 4D, however, instead opts to blend those classic designs with modern innovations, adding their newly crafted 3D printed soles to the bottom of an otherwise vintage-esque construction. Now, just a month after its initial debut, the silhouette is returning in a much louder outfit, one replete with a heatmap-inspired sublimation all across its upper. The toe box, which is by far the most saturated in terms of coloring, hues to a darkened infrared with the shade slightly getting lighter as it heads backwards; the heel counter itself, though, abruptly transitions to a neon green, with overlaid supports atop balancing by way of black neutrals much like the tongue and its adjacent accents. Grab a detailed look at the runner here and expect a drop at adidas.com and select retailers to arrive likely within the coming months.
In other news, more Parley adidas Ultra Boosts are on the way.
