MADNESS Closes Out Their New Balance Collaborations With The 327

From strong seasonal collections of apparel to a lengthy and star-studded roster of collaborations, Shawn Yue is now setting his sights on the last MADNESS x New Balance release. Set forth on the 327 newcomer — which first made headlines under Casablanca — the collaboration delves into two distinct designs, using the same template though not the same palette; one favors more light tones as it dyes the suede overlays and synthetic bases in cream and white, respectively, while its alternate prefers to create a full construction of black and grey dyes. Both, which let just a few of its accents stand apart, call out the text that prints along the laces’ ends and the patch that hits the heel wrap. Accents adjacent are generally shared as well, as the “N” logos come made out of contrast taping and as the toolings color to match their core palette. Co-branding, other than the aforementioned bits, are surprisingly minimal, with even the insoles and tongues only brandishing subtly with the “MADNESS” namesake. Grab a detailed look at both offerings right here and expect a release in the coming months.

In other news, grab a close-up look at the Wotherspoon GEL-Lyte IIIs on the way.
