Korean label Eastlogue may seem doubly foreign to most, but if you’ve paid attention to New Balance’s set of 2019 collaborations, then it’s likely you’re aware of their curated project of “RIGGER MADE” garments: a series that, for all intents and purposes, are far more technical than anything the Boston institution has done thus far. Now, quite a few months out from that very capsule, the team is joining Reebok to craft their first sneaker of 2020, the DMX Trail Shadow. Dressed to the likeness of militaria — a constant source of inspiration for the brand — the silhouette outfits in a mix of olive drab and vibrant orange accents, the latter coming equipped with hi-vis detailing at the side-placed webbing. Elsewhere, the green tones douse at the mesh of the toe box and the overlays adjacent while brandishing the Vector logo in a much glossier and darker finish. Soles arrive hit with a dark black and toe caps the exact same shade, rounding off a kit that is effectively an homage to a few of their mainline standouts. Grab a detailed look at the pair right here and find it available at select shops come March 20th.
