Before launching the Flyease-exclusive Nike Air VaporMax 2020 around the Tokyo Olympics, The Swoosh will continue to experiment with the Air VaporMax Flyknit 3.
With one whole year on the market, the third-installment of the VaporMax Flyknit model has enjoyed an array of releases. Boasting a roster full of “in-your-face” and techwear-favorite understated colorways, the knitted sneaker’s forthcoming pair offers “Total Orange” flair atop black streamlined uppers. And though citrus-hues have previously adorned the VaporMax’s branding, cushioning pods and other details, the orange tone emerges in a dotted-pattern on this iteration. Various shades of “Total Orange” combine with “Dark Smoke Grey” at profile Swooshes and heel counters to create a scale-like illusion. “AIR” and “VAPORMAX” text on the tongue tabs and spines/insoles, respectively, borrow the orange hue, but forgo any trypophobia-triggering finishes. Down below, full-length VaporMax Air cushioning and their rubber reinforcements at the wear zones round out this subdued design with black and grey tones.
Take a closer look at this Air VaporMax Flyknit 3 here below and expect pairs to arrive stateside on Nike.com for $200 in the coming weeks.
