Out of the entire roster of Converse silhouettes, it seems the Pro Leather gets reintroduced almost every year, coming out of the woodwork with collaborations from nonnative, Ibn Jasper, or even Yoon’s mighty AMBUSH. But in terms of OG schemes, we’ve gotten very little in the way of releases — that is, however, until now. Right in time for All-Star Weekend, the brand is reinstating a large assortment of colorways from High to Low, using statement tones to break up the Chevron Stars along the revered retro basketball classic. Yellow outfits one, the iconic UNC blue sees to the next — dressing the heel tabs and lining alongside — while the last of the high-tops encroach on minimal territory with a full white execution. For the low-tops, each bears filled-in logos, using black, red, and green in further variation of the core range of tones. Grab a detailed look at what’s coming up right here and expect to grab a pair of either come February 14th.
