The Recrafted Nike Air Max 90 Will Be Available In Tonal Grey

As part of its 30th Anniversary, the Nike Air Max 90 has already released in punchy flavors – like “Volt” and “Hyper Grape” – and is even rumored to reappear in its outlandish “Bacon” configuration this March. But the classic model is also offering understated options to those who prefer to keep things simple. A pristine triple sail release late December was among the AM90’s first returns-to-form and this tonal grey release will soon follow suit. Height and shape-modified toe boxes and TPU accents opt into a “Wolf Grey” construction that only slightly changes in hue near the laces and profile “AIR MAX” panels, appearing blueish. Nevertheless, the model keeps all the features – leather mudguards, heel Air unit, waffle sole – that have cemented it as a fan-favorite among athletes and collectors alike for three decades.

Grab a detailed look at this tonal pair here below and expect a Nike.com release in the coming weeks for $120 USD.

Updated (2/25/2020): The Nike Air Max 90 “Wolf Grey” is now available on the Nike web store.
