Nike Adds Pebbled Detailing To The Air Force 1 Low

Taking a break from its recent slew of GORE-TEX iterations, the Nike Air Force 1 Low has received a neutral “Fossil” makeup right before the decade ends. Although cream-colored constructions – covering uppers and bottoms here – are nothing new to the ’82 silhouette, their pairing with the patterns at the lace guards, tongue, and heel offer a fresh take on the tonal design. From a bird’s eye-view, details are rather jarring, beginning with the red and black textured laces. Sitting underneath them, a multi-brown tongue dons a slightly illegible AF1 tag resembling woodgrain. But perhaps the most eye-catching detail from the aforementioned angle is the off-pink pebble pattern running down the middle. A similar dot-formation appears on the tan leather heel tab, though nowhere near as pronounced.

Grab a detailed look at this peculiar, yet dashing take on the street-classic below and head over to Nike.com to pick up a pair for $110 USD.
