Vietnam’s Marathon Inspired The Size? x adidas LXCON

Continuing to keep track of worldwide marathons you may not have heard of, Size? and adidas go from Jordan’s red rock deserts to the lush landscapes of Vietnam with the LXCON ’94 now packed in its carry-on. An homage to almost everyone’s travel destination of choice as well as one of the late Anthony Bourdain’s favorites, the pair is a snapshot of the country’s forested Jungle Marathon. A place of little technological advancement, the locale is rich in nature and little else, taking each runner down a path of ancient greenery, limestone peaks, waterfalls, and vast rice paddy fields. These, which have held on from generation to generation, are implanted onto the silhouette’s upper with the vibrant green dominating much of the overall palette. Bright bits of reflective poke through subtle with blacked out accents by way of the midsole and sparing overlays add contrast just as the vibrant tubing and the neon orange sock lining. Grab a detailed look at the pair here as well as the detailed graphic on the insole right here and expect to find them exclusively on size? come November 15th.
