The Converse Pro Leather Mid Goes Triple Black With Leather And Pony Hair

The Converse Pro Leather Mid Goes Triple Black With Leather And Pony Hair

Ever since recruiting designers like Yoon of AMBUSH or Feng Chen Wang, Converse has become something of a safe have for the avant-garde, never refusing to change up its icons to look almost entirely unrecognizable. Doing just that once again — though dialed back a touch compared to the Korean stalwart’s bunny boot creations — the Pro Leather Mid is set to adopt interesting materials of pony hair and smooth leathers, hits that combat the seemingly unassuming triple black palette. Texture is the name of the game here, seeing to various placements around the shoe itself: profiles are mostly of the ordinary presentation though their overlaid chevron logos bear a rough texture that dazzles almost as if covered in glitter alone. Then, towards the forefoot, the connection to the animal of choice is extremely apparent as it displays full from the edge of the aforementioned branding all the way to the toe and up towards the tongue.
