G-Dragon’s Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise” Releases On November 23rd

G-Dragon’s Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise” Releases On November 23rd

The memory of staring at fresh Nikes on store displays with faces pressed against glass panes is unfamiliar to no-one – even globally popular superstars. G-Dragon, a true revolutionary of Korea’s pop and fashion movement for over a decade, is no exception as he recalls admiring Air Force 1s during his youth when baggy clothes, hats, and matching Forces was the norm. Fast forward to 2019, and the icon has an Air Force 1 collaboration of his own dubbed “Para-noise”, created to unify youth through creative freedom and exchange of ideas. It features a black painted upper that wears away over time to reveal his own artwork, while his PEACEMINUSONE imprint is featured on the inner sockliner of the shoe. Light paint streaks cover the midsole as well to emanate the charming mess of an artist’s studio. Finally an embellishment of PEACEMINUSONE’s daisy logo appears on the tongue, as does a set of removable pins on the uppermost eyelets. Nike confirms an official release date of November 23rd.
