Unlike his previous works, the creative showcased some surprising restraint, doing little to the upper in the way of reptilian modifications or extremely luxurious upgrades. Uppers pay homage in what is a shot-for-shot remake: panels along the upper are doused in the distressed brown tone, splattered by various hits of blood across the heel wrap, vamp, and toe; adjacent, the underlying base bears a texture and striped pattern uncannily resemblant of the series villain.
