The Nike Air Force 1 “Gore-Tex” Gets A Hazard Yellow Colorway

The Nike Air Force 1 “Gore-Tex” Gets A Hazard Yellow Colorway

Not once did the father-and-son duo that invented Gore-Tex think that their proprietary fabric membrane would evolve into a mainstay in the world of streetwear. The route seems rather natural, however, as many outerwear brands adapted the wonder-material for jackets and bags, and for many the signature logo became less about protection and more about a sign of affluence. Fifty years since it inception, Gore-Tex is still in demand, and Nike’s upcoming winter-ready assortment of Air Force 1s goes all out as the globally famous Low is set to drop at select retailers in a bevy of colorways. We’ve got a dark forest green and tan uppers with a solid gum, or you can go for the hazard look with a bright yellow with black. There’s also the orange pair of Gore-Tex Air Force 1s that we previewed in the Summer, so be on the lookout for any and all as these are slated to hit stores this month.
