“Big Nike” Logos Appear On The Air Max 720

The Nike Air Max 720 is a shoe that’s typically all about the future, but it’s got a healthy dose of respect for the Swoosh Brand’s past as well — as evidenced by this new makeup that borrows bold block lettering from the classic Big Nike High and Terminator. Although both of the aforementioned Nike shoes were known to place their lettering on the heel, it’s used in a superfecta of different ways on this 720. Most noticeably, it wraps around the entirety of the bulbous cushioning unit in repeating fashion. It’s also present on the tongue’s pull tab in hot pink, the heel pull tab in black, and graces the insole in a bold green. Apart from these unique stylings, the rest of the shoe resides on familiar ground, with a textured black mesh upper that offers pops of pink via the Swoosh on the toebox and both tabs, wile further green accents arrive on the tongue trim and the plastic midfoot shank’s small Swoosh. These fresh Maxes are available now at Nike EU sites, and will likely arrive on Nike.com stateside soon, so check out a full gallery of official images right here in the meantime.
