Nike Adds Reflective Silver To An Air Max 97 “Bred”

Nike Adds Reflective Silver To An Air Max 97 “Bred”

Sleek in its stylings, sturdy in its construction, and still sought-after the world over more than 20 years after it first released, the Air Max 97 is a key part of Nike’s lifestyle lineup, and it’s now released in a new “Bred”-style colorway with a few alternate embellishments. The upper’s black mesh base is promptly coated with a plentiful plethora of accents, ranging from a pebbled black leather mudguard to swooping red and black side stripes. Traveling farther up the bullet-train inspired upper, the top two striped overlays are dressed in a stark reflective silver that ensures low-light visibility, while the black throat offers both red and silver detailing. Red heel and tongue tabs ensure easy on/easy off, and down below a black midsole, red Air Max unit, and red/black outsole finalize the look. A lot of Chicago Bulls and a little bit of “Silver Bullet,” these potent 97s are available now at Nike.com for an even $160 USD.
