adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Citrin” Releasing In September

adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Citrin” Releasing In September

The summer’s powerful proliferation of new takes on the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 will keep rolling right along into the fall, as the Kanye West-designed sneaker is set to release in a “Citrin” colorway this September. Most adidas Yeezys opt for a single-chroma design, but the “Citrin” ramps the color usage up somewhat significantly, enlisting three different hues that any Yeezy 350 fan is sure to be familiar with for a look that’s almost patchwork in nature. The upper features an “Antlia”-style top half and a “Lundmark”-esque bottom half, with a barrier between the two contrasting tones provided by the silhouette’s signature translucent monofilament side stripe. The midsole uses more “Lundmark” grey, and the outsole, toe, and heel then add a third color to the mix, drawing their earthy pink tone from the “Synth.” Much in the same way that the Air Jordan 1 “Top 3” combined a trifecta of popular styles, this Yeezy offers a look that’s sure to be somewhat divisive — but, if nothing else, at least moves the line in an alternate direction. Take a first look here, and stay tuned to our Sneaker Release Dates page for more info on a specific day of arrival as September draws closer.
